Trigglow Web

Alerts and notifications

• New "Trigglow" animated alert: the Trigglow bolt drops in with a flash, sparks and glowing rings, then the viewer's name rises under it. It's the default for follow, sub, gift, bits and raid alerts and for a new account's first alert, with the Trigglow sound. Change its texts, colours and font, or pick another style.
• New notification center: the bell opens a side panel with All, Errors, Success and Info tabs, action buttons on each notification (Retry, Update payment, Reply…) and archive. Bursts of follows, subs or gifts are grouped into one notification that updates instantly.
• New Notifications page (/app/notifications) with category filters, unread-only view and archived notifications you can restore.
• More events reach the bell: store sales, failed or pending payments, renewal reminders, new plans, password and email changes, data exports, moderator invites, sponsorship offers, and a summary when your stream ends.
• Notifications follow your language: change it and your existing notifications change too.
• Settings → Notifications is organised by category and channel (bell, browser or desktop app, email), with quiet hours and a quiet-while-live option. Security, payment and service notices are always delivered.
• Turn on browser notifications from the bell to hear about donations, sales, payments and support replies even when Trigglow is closed.
• Notices from the Trigglow team arrive in your bell and as banners at the top, in your language. Close one and it closes on every device.

Age and accounts

• Trigglow can now be used from age 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they're responsible for any payments you make.
• Getting paid is still 18+ only: the first time you set up Stripe or PayPal payouts, apply to Creators or join sponsorships, Trigglow asks you to confirm you're 18 or over. Accounts created before this change are already confirmed.
• The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy include these age rules; you'll be asked to accept them again the next time you open Trigglow.

Ads

• Ad placements, Free plan only: the Trigglow Link and public commands pages show side banners on wide screens, the clip gallery and clip viewer have ad spots, and the Free dashboard shows a side banner on very wide screens (never in the clip editor). Starter and Pro stay ad-free.
• Ads load only after you accept them, never show to paid plans, and always run in a sandbox that can't redirect the page.

Dashboard and clips

• Clip uploads are limited by your plan's length, not by file size: a full-length clip at 1440p60 or 4K from OBS now uploads, up to 15 minutes on Pro.
• New charts: Analytics, the dashboard, store stats and Trigglow Link stats draw smooth lines and rounded bars that animate in. Hover, tap or use the arrow keys to see each day's numbers.
• A calmer dashboard: each event in the live feed has the same coloured dot as its line in the chart, the chart tabs double as the legend, and the stat cards show just the number.
• Live view: while you're live on any linked platform, the dashboard shows the platform, your stream title, a running timer and this stream's numbers (peak viewers, chat messages, new followers, donations, triggers fired) above the alert controls and the activity feed. With several platforms, it shows each one and adds their numbers without counting an alert or donation twice. The 14-day stats come back when the stream ends.

Channel panels and Trigglow Studio

• New Channel panels page (sidebar, under Media): build all your Kick and Twitch About panels in one style. Pick one of 10 styles (Card, Button, Pixel art, Signal, Neon, Gradient, Comic, Light, Ribbon or Classic) and any colour from the new colour picker, add panels with an icon, text, link and description, and download each PNG or all of them at once.
• The Trigglow Link panel moves from Trigglow Pay to the Channel panels page, redrawn and exported at double resolution. Long titles shrink or wrap onto two lines.
• New stream badge: a transparent "Alerts by Trigglow" PNG in your language, to add to OBS as an Image source. It comes in 8 themes (Dark, Neon, Solid, Gradient, Light, Pixel art, Comic or No background) and your panels' colour.
• The Trigglow Studio download page is redone: it shows the two ways to use the app (next to your OBS, or with its own broadcasting editor), a real screenshot of the editor, who can use the editor right now, what you need to run it, and more answers to common questions. When the editor opens to a plan, the pricing table shows it too.

Desktop app and OBS

• The Live chat page is gone from the desktop app: chat lives in the docks, the OBS chat dock and the chat dock in Trigglow Studio. Old links open the OBS docks, and an old chat dock URL in OBS (/app/chat?dock=1) turns into the new chat dock by itself, with no code to approve.
• Fixed: a new alerts browser source in OBS is created centred on the canvas, not low and to the right.

Design and wording

• Every colour field uses the new colour picker, which also takes a hex code: overlay and message styles, alert layers and fields, Quests, loyalty tiers, emote rain, Trigglow Link and the clip editor.
• A lighter visual style: headings, figures and buttons use lighter weights, secondary text uses three consistent tones, and decorative icon tiles, extra badges and looping animations on things that aren't live are gone. Your Trigglow Link colours and themes, and your overlays, are unchanged.
• Clearer wording: labels and buttons in sentence case, no exclamation marks in interface messages, and your public page is called Trigglow Link everywhere. The Trigglow Link editor marks only the sections your plan doesn't include, and the feedback portal shows one status per suggestion.
• Numbers, dates, prices and clip times follow your Trigglow language (for example 1,5 s and 5,00 € in Spanish), and icon-only buttons have a name for screen readers.
• Better on phones: buttons and icons you tap (top bar, menu, notifications, modals, player controls, chips) are at least 44 px on touch screens, cut-off labels wrap, nothing is smaller than 12 px, and the overlay setup pages, the admin bar and the support tabs no longer scroll sideways.

Passkeys and sign-in

• Demo mode is gone: to try Trigglow, create a free account (no card needed).
• Sign in with a passkey: no password and no 2FA code, just your device's fingerprint, face or PIN. It works with Windows Hello, Touch ID and iCloud Keychain, Chrome on Linux, security keys, and your phone by scanning a QR code. Your browser can suggest it in the email field, and it also works when you link the desktop app or the Stream Deck plugin from your browser.
• Accounts created with Kick or Twitch can add a passkey too. Signing in with Kick, Twitch or your password works as before.
• A passkey can be your second step: after your password, an email link or signing in with Kick or Twitch, choose Use a passkey instead of typing the 2FA code. Remember this device works the same way.
• Manage your passkeys in Settings → Security: add, rename, see when each was last used, and remove the ones you don't use. Trigglow emails you whenever one is added or removed, and after a password sign-in it offers to create one (you can choose Not now).
• Confirm sensitive changes with a passkey instead of your password and code: changing your email or password, unlinking a platform, turning off 2FA, changing your account type or deleting your account. Your data export lists your passkeys (name, dates and provider; never the keys).

Website and help

• Every public page has its own address in each of the 16 languages, with a readable path (trigglow.com/es/precios, /de/hilfe, /ru/tseny…), so search engines can show Trigglow in your language. Switching language opens the same page in it. Old addresses of the English guides and of five help articles redirect to the new ones.
• New pages for stream alerts, the chat bot, channel points, overlays and donations, with a page per platform for Kick, Twitch and YouTube, all in the new Features menu.
• The help centre and the step-by-step guides are in all 16 languages, with a new guide to add a chat bot. Each article shows who wrote it and when it was last updated, and screenshot descriptions are in your language.
• Addresses that don't exist show a proper "page not found". Dashboard texts that still showed in English (automations, alert box custom CSS, payouts and more) are translated in every language.
• Fixed: the "Download for Windows" button on the home page downloads the desktop app again.
• Fixed: money on the dashboard uses your Trigglow language (391,87 € in Spanish, not €391.87), and the invite card says "1 month" instead of "1 months".

Stream Deck

• Alerts now know which platform they came from, so a Stream Deck key can skip, clear, pause or mute only Kick, Twitch or YouTube alerts while the rest keep playing.
• Stream markers from your Stream Deck appear in the stream summary as "Your marker" moments, ready for YouTube chapters and highlight reels.
• The Stream Deck page has the redesigned keys and ready-made profiles to download for Stream Deck, Mini, XL, Stream Deck + and Neo.
• Stream Deck chat keys: send a message, clear the chat and switch chat modes on Kick and Twitch. Twitch chat modes need a one-time reconnect of Twitch in Settings so Trigglow can change your chat settings.
• Your alerts overlay answers the new read-aloud keys: turn the read-aloud off or on, or stop the message being read while the alert keeps playing.
• The Stream Deck page is simpler: three steps, the keys in four families and the details folded away, with the full guide in Docs. The manual setup with your personal URLs is gone: you connect from the plugin with one click.
• The Kick logo across Trigglow is now Kick's official mark.

Analytics

• Days follow your own time zone, and every figure shows how it changed against the previous period of the same length.
• New tops: your biggest supporters, the viewers who redeem the most and the ones who fire the most alerts.
• Stream history compares your last stream with your average, marks your best stream and opens its moments from anywhere on the row.
• Clearer ranges (Today, 7 days, 30 days), a real empty chart, a chart that fits on phones and today shaded.
• The Revenue tab is now a short summary that links to Trigglow Pay.
• Fixed: the page could show stale data, forced euros on payments in another currency and hid the live stream. Your own tips to Trigglow no longer count as income.

Trigglow Pay

• New header with your payout status, one card to connect your bank, and four figures for the last 60 days: net, gross, payments and largest payment.
• Earnings now cover paid alerts, tips and store sales in one list, with search and CSV. Store rows show the product, never the buyer's email.
• Retrying or refunding a paid alert is done from the Trigglow Pay payments list. The payouts tab shows the store fee next to the alert and tip fees.
• The banners tab is a channel panel for Kick and Twitch, with channel links for YouTube.
• Finishing Stripe onboarding brings you back to Trigglow Pay.
• Store amounts default to euros, and the store points to Trigglow Pay for earnings, payouts and fees.

Alerts, overlays and docks

• When Free streamers reach the alert limit, a notice with "see plans" shows up and the create, duplicate and add-variation buttons stay visible but disabled, instead of failing on save.
• Deleting alerts on Free lets the same number of locked imported alerts fire again: only the alerts over the limit stay silent.
• Animated and Rive paid alerts that show the viewer's message now ask the viewer for one.
• Rive animations show up in your media library and can be deleted there.
• OBS docks use your account language and show tips from the tip jar.
• Repeat on the Activity page goes through the same limits and filters as the docks.
• Link an OBS dock with a code: add the dock to OBS and approve the code it shows on the Docks page. The code goes in the same boxes as two-factor codes, pasting it fills them, and "Paste code" reads it from your clipboard. The steps to add a dock are laid out in one row.
• On the dock, "Copy code and open the web" copies the code and opens the approval page in your browser, and its QR code now has the Trigglow logo in the middle.
• The approval page shows the dock and your choices side by side, and its confirmations start unticked for every new request.
• In Trigglow Desktop 0.9.0 or later, "Set up both docks in OBS" adds the activity and chat docks together with one verification, and keeps any dock OBS already has.
• The activity dock shows the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, with "See more on the web" for older activity. "Seen" and "mark as seen" are gone.
• The chat dock matches the chat page: each line shows its platform (Kick, Twitch or YouTube), badges, name colors and emotes, with stream events, the overlay highlight and every moderation action. Send to every platform or just one, as yourself or as your bot.
• Dock keyboard shortcuts work inside OBS, and links in a dock open in your browser instead of a window inside OBS.

Community and moderation

• New public command page at trigglow.com/<your username>/commands: viewers see every command TrigglowBot answers on Kick, Twitch and YouTube, your own and the built-in ones you turned on, with who can use them, cooldowns, aliases, search, a "View as" filter by rank and pages. It looks like your Trigglow Link page (theme, colour, banner, photo, social buttons) and has a button back to it. Add the new "Chat commands" section in Trigglow Link to show a card that opens it. Copy the link or turn it off in Trigglow Bot → Commands. Links inside fetch variables are hidden.
• Twitch bot replies now go through Twitch's app sending, so they can show the official Chat Bot badge. Your channel needs to give the bot channel:bot access or make it a moderator.
• Watch-time XP uses your multipliers, counts toward the weekly ranking and announces level-ups.
• Editing a giveaway no longer resets each entry method's per-viewer cap.
• Saving the quest overlay no longer resets its theme or the giveaway reveal, and moderators with the Giveaways section can open those settings.
• Creating a goal over your plan's active limit no longer leaves a draft goal behind.
• Kick follower goals can no longer be pushed up by repeated fake counts.
• Automatic chat moderation now acts on YouTube chat too.
• Escalating timeouts and exempt Discord channels in moderation filters are saved.
• The moderation log shows the real number of days it keeps.
• New Live chat permission for moderators: they read the chat, reply as your bot (never as you), delete, time out, ban and highlight messages from the desktop app. Moderators with Chat moderation also see the moderation log, and those with Alerts can manage Collections. In the sidebar, menu groups open the first page the moderator can use instead of sending them back to the start page.
• Redesigned Team & moderators page: invite from one button, pick access with presets (Chat mod, Overlay editor, Everything) or by area, edit or review each moderator in a dialog, and see the change history by day in its own tab. Moderators get a clearer start page for each channel.
• Viewer-level restrictions on alerts apply to channel point redeems and automations.
• Simulcast streams no longer add up every platform's chat in each stream's stats, and tips, alerts and completed quests count once instead of once per platform. Old streams keep their chat count.
• Quests can have a start and end date, like goals: they only fill up inside that window.
• Moderators with the Clips section can open the Streams tab of Analytics to see stream moments, highlight reels and markers (without amounts).
• Discord servers with many custom commands no longer lose every slash command.
• Fixed: adding the Discord bot to a server could leave it unlinked from your account. After the install you land on the Discord page with the server ready to set up, and install errors now show on the Connections page.
• Redesigned live announcements on Discord: the card shows your avatar, the stream title, category, viewers and a stream preview in your platform's color (Kick, Twitch or YouTube), with a Watch stream button. When the stream ends, the same card updates to show it ended and how long it lasted, and a stream that restarts no longer posts twice.

Payments and supporters

• Tipping Trigglow no longer counts toward your own goals or rains emotes on your overlay.
• Supporter levels count what you donated, not the card fees you chose to cover, and your payment history shows those fees.
• The supporters page and tip lines in chat use the real currency.
• Refunding a paid alert no longer opens a false "refunded outside Trigglow" ticket.
• A failed store checkout no longer uses up a coupon, and asking for a new download link no longer resets the download limit.
• Deleting a store webhook or rotating its secret asks first. New store API keys default to read-only member access.

Security

• Auto-vertical and highlight reel source videos are only visible to you and your Clips moderators.
• Uploads have a per-minute limit, and clip editor source videos have their own storage space that frees up when you delete clip projects.
• Clip videos are read more strictly while they are processed.
• Your activity log shows only an approximate location for each event.
• Discord moderators can't warn or clear the history of members with an equal or higher role, including the server owner.
• The desktop app disconnects within a minute when its session is signed out or the account is suspended.
• Moderators can't restore deleted commands they wouldn't be allowed to create.
• Sign-in, sign-up, password reset and 2FA attempts are refused while the rate limiter is unavailable.
• Deleting community feedback as staff needs two-factor authentication, and votes on ideas count correctly when many people vote at once.
• Usernames that clash with Trigglow pages can no longer be taken.
• Signing in with Kick or Twitch only cancels a pending account deletion after two-factor verification.

Also

• When the Trigglow window is in the background (you are in OBS, a game or another window), its animations pause to use less CPU and graphics, and carry on when you come back. Overlays and docks in OBS keep animating.
• New public status page at /status: live state of the API, the database and the services behind alerts, chat, clips and the Discord bot, and any scheduled maintenance. Linked from the footer.
• Every password field has a button to show or hide what you type.
• Verification code fields work with your password manager's autofill, and look and behave the same everywhere. Confirming a brand account or license code action also lets you use a recovery code.
• After an update, a normal reload loads the new version of the web.
• Comparison pages in Spanish for streamers coming from other tools, and /es and /en links always open in that language.
• The account deletion email has a button that reactivates your account in one click.
• Signing up with Kick or Twitch uses your browser's language, and new accounts get product news emails (you can turn them off in Settings).
• Clip to vertical says when Twitch is unavailable instead of saying the clip isn't yours.
• Auto-subtitles warns correctly when you don't have enough AI credits.
• The chat sandbox in Settings works again, and Collections, OBS docks and Live Chat show the right page title.
• The chat command limit shown is the one that applies.
• Missing translations added in Portuguese, Chinese, French, Italian and German.
• Trigglow is now available in Russian, Ukrainian, Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Catalan, Valencian, Basque and Galician: pick it under Language in the dashboard. Emails and chat bot messages follow it too.
• Clip editor: the per-clip Fade and the sound of transitions now play in the preview, the preview no longer works non-stop while paused, and the right-click menu on clips works from the keyboard (Menu key or Shift+F10, arrows, Escape).
• The public support form has a Subscription & billing option.
• Resuming a cancelled subscription brings back a pending price change, with a new email telling you the date.

New design

• Warmer colours, one violet accent, rounded corners and a single typeface across the dashboard, editors, clips, store, admin and the public site.
• Calmer screens: each page leads with what you decide there. The activity feed on the dashboard is one line per event, and the overlays page and the chat bot are lists instead of tile grids.
• Empty, loading and error screens now say what happened and what to do next, with a Retry button where it helps.
• Easier to read and use: stronger text contrast, bigger buttons on phones and tablets, and menus, dialogs and tabs that work from the keyboard.
• The home page shows the real alert templates and chat overlay, and the Dynamic Delay install guide folds into short steps with thumbnails.
• Seasonal looks stay, retuned for the new colours, with new Halloween icons in the sidebar.
• Clearer text in every language.
• The switch back to the previous design is gone: everyone gets the new one.
• Your overlays in OBS look exactly as before.

Payments

• Plans, overlay-pack balance top-ups and tips to Trigglow now use a new billing system. Paid alerts, tips to streamers, the store and sponsorships work as before.
• If you already have a plan, you can move it over from Settings → Billing. The new subscription is free until your current period ends, so nothing is charged twice.
• Tips to Trigglow open in the in-app checkout.
• Refunds of balance top-ups and sponsor campaigns now keep Stripe's processing fee, like the rest of refunds already did.

Security

• Discord custom commands: a reply can no longer grow without limit when someone's text keeps calling the command's own variables, which could take Trigglow down for everyone.
• Chat commands that save data ($(jsonset), $(jsonunset), $(json)) refuse a path named __proto__, so a command can no longer change how the whole server behaves. Keys like constructor and prototype still work.
• Adding the Discord bot only links the server Discord confirms you installed it on, so nobody can claim someone else's server by editing the link.
• Connecting YouTube, Kick, Twitch or Spotify, and adding the Discord bot, only finishes in the browser and account that started it, so a shared connect link can't attach someone else's channel or server to another account.
• Sign-in and sign-up can't be sent from another website, so a page can't quietly sign you into someone else's account.
• Email confirmation links show which account they belong to and only sign you in after you tap Continue, so someone else's link can't drop you into their account.
• Your Trigglow Link always opens your page: nobody can take a username equal to your link and catch your tips.
• A suspended account's Trigglow Link and store stop taking tips and paid alerts.
• Kick chat can only be linked to the account that owns that channel, so nobody can redirect your chat to their account.
• Deleting a chat message from Trigglow only works for messages in your own Kick or YouTube chat.
• Moderators only get what their sections allow: music, clip and emote rain controls need those sections, deleting clip or Trigglow Link files needs theirs, and picking a membership's Discord role needs Discord.
• Moderators can't change command, alert or module messages while the bot posts from your own account, and commands that give points need the Loyalty & points section.
• After too many wrong passwords on one account, sign-in pauses for a while, even with the right password, so nobody can keep guessing from many places.
• Sign-up, password reset and the verification email no longer reveal whether an email has a Trigglow account.
• Remembered 2FA devices are forgotten when you reset or change your password, sign out everywhere or turn 2FA on again, and recovery codes used to confirm sensitive changes are used up.
• Support staff viewing your account can't approve their own access, link the desktop app or Stream Deck, or create store API keys, webhooks or apps.
• Links that bring you back after connecting an account always stay on Trigglow.
• Clip editor source videos are only visible to you and your Clips moderators; stickers in exports are downloaded safely and upload checks are harder to trick.
• Discord: moving a membership to another account moves its role too, and moderation commands respect the server's role order.
• Store sales and membership renewals no longer show buyers' emails on your activity and credits overlays.
• Plan limits on active quests and goals hold even with quick repeated clicks, and a plan switched to the new billing can change plan once its first charge goes through.
• Your data export no longer includes other people's account ids, and Trigglow Link visitor stats store less about each visitor.
• Guest support links are stored encrypted, a membership can only hand out a Discord role the bot can actually give, and unlinking Kick also stops Kick sending its events.
• Importing an alert box from another platform can no longer slow Trigglow down for everyone, however large the pack's custom code is.
• Trigglow now runs on Node.js 24.22.1, the release that fixes a security vulnerability in Node.js.
• Alerts sent to your overlay no longer carry what you earn after fees: only what the alert shows.
• The "Test" button no longer counts as a real alert for referrals, quests or community goals.
• OBS docks run on their own credential, tied to the device that opened them: a copied dock link stops working on another computer, you get an email for new devices or places, and you can revoke any dock at once.
• Moderators can't clear your alert queue, and only the person holding a dock can regenerate it.
• Chat highlight can no longer show a message that was deleted, or one from someone who was timed out or banned.

OBS docks

• Activity dock for OBS: your alert queue (pause, mute, skip, clear), what happened on stream with filters and a real-money chip, seen and unseen events, grouped gift waves, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Chat dock for OBS with its own link: read, send and moderate chat. The old chat dock link keeps working for 30 days and tells you to create the new one.
• New Docks page: create docks for you and your moderators, see their devices, regenerate or revoke them, and choose what the feed shows and whether moderators can repeat alerts. Creating one asks for 2FA or a fresh sign-in.
• Repeat an alert from the dock, the activity feed or the Stream Deck. A repeat only shows the alert again: it doesn't count for quests, XP or referrals, and waits behind real alerts.
• OBS docks now have their own entry in the sidebar, outside Overlays, and the chat page uses the same chat docks.
• In Trigglow Desktop 0.7.0 or later, a new dock is added to OBS in one click.

Alerts and plans

• Import every alert on Free: alerts over your plan limit are saved locked instead of failing. The dashboard shows what they missed lately, and the lock badge lets you pick which alerts stay active.
• The Free alert limit is now one total per collection, not per media type. Billing shows used / limit for alerts, store products and coupons.
• The setup wizard can import your alerts, chat commands, timers, chat alerts and loyalty points, and the dashboard checklist became a one-line reminder you can hide.
• "Add the overlay to OBS" is ticked as soon as OBS loads your overlay.

Billing and tips

• First-month discount on Starter and Pro for accounts that never had a paid plan, shown on Pricing and Billing with the regular price struck through.
• Tips to Trigglow are fixed Supporter packs, from 3 € to 100 €.
• Plan subscriptions made before the new billing end at the end of the period you already paid, with an email to move to the new one. Nothing is charged twice.
• On Trigglow Link, signed-in supporters choose their shown name from their Trigglow name or a linked channel; guests give a name and email; "Send anonymously" shows "Anonymous".

Referrals and sign-up

• New referral reward ladder: Starter months first, then Pro, each reward given once when you reach it. Only real viewer alerts count.
• Six step-by-step guides in English and Spanish, and pages for streamers moving from another tool that open its importer when you sign up.
• Free Trigglow Link pages and stores show "Made with Trigglow".
• Viewer and moderator accounts no longer collect stream stats or XP like a streamer.

Trigi

• Trigi now knows every Trigglow feature in more detail.
• Trigi can suggest a change to your account, like creating a chat command or a timer. Nothing changes until you tap Apply.
• Trigi lives in a floating window across the dashboard (a bottom sheet on phones). You can hide it in Settings. Tickets and talking to a person stay in Support.
• If you write to Trigi about suicide or self-harm, it answers right away with helplines and lets you talk to a person.
• Trigi keeps its bolt icon during seasonal themes.

Also

• Emails use the same dark design as the web.
• Seasonal effects drift across the whole screen again, and spring and summer looks are shorter.
• After each release, a "What's new" window sums up the changes once. The version badge in the dashboard opens it again.
• "Hide numbers and stats" in Settings → Language & themes hides audience and earnings figures on the Dashboard, Activity, Monetization and store stats.
• New mental health page with helplines in 13 countries, a breathing exercise and tips, linked from the footer.
• New "Work with us" page, linked from the footer.
• Download apps are grouped in one menu in the top bar, which also links Creators and Sponsors.

Stream highlights

• Moments, chapters and markers are free on every plan.

Song requests (Spotify)

• A request no longer cuts the song you're listening to: it goes into Spotify's queue just before your song ends, and your playlist carries on after it. Several requests play back to back.
• Choose which Spotify device requests play on when nothing is playing.
• New option: skipping a song in Spotify while a request waits plays the request right away. Off by default.
• If requests aren't playing, the page tells you why (no Spotify device open, no Premium, missing permission) and shows Spotify's own error.
• Reconnect and Disconnect buttons for Spotify on the song requests page.
• The bot answers !sr, !song, !queue and !skipsong in your account's language.
• The page now says clearly that the desktop app only shows what's playing: song requests need Spotify connected with your own app, or YouTube as the source.

Fixed

• Spotify requests could skip the whole queue without playing anything, or skip a song when you paused it.
• Requests didn't start on a Spotify app that was open but idle.
• Skipping a request from the dashboard, chat or Stream Deck now also skips it in Spotify.
• A song Spotify refuses to play no longer blocks the rest of the queue: it's skipped after a few tries.

Goals

• Follower and sub goals that start from what you already have now show your channel's real total on Twitch, Kick and YouTube, and stay in sync during the stream.

Trigglow Pay

• Paid alerts whose text uses {message} now ask the viewer for a message when they pay. Your word filter checks it before charging, and it appears in the alert and in chat.

Fixed

• Kick KICKs alerts never fired, and KICKs and gifted sub amounts on Kick counted as 1.
• $(randomuser) always picked the person who used the command. It now picks someone who chatted in the last 30 minutes.
• Spotify song requests could skip the whole queue without playing anything, or skip a song when you paused it.
• Overlays left open in OBS kept running an old version after an update. They now reload on their own (alerts wait until nothing is on screen).
• Goal bars could stay out of date if OBS was still connecting when they changed.

Chat bot

• Commands: select rows, a whole page or every matching command, then enable, disable or delete them together. "Disable all" and "Delete all" ask you to type a word to confirm.
• Deleted commands by mistake? When you delete 2 or more, you can restore them for 7 days from "Recently deleted".
• If a moderator deletes all your commands, or 10 or more at once, you get a request to approve or reject. Nothing is deleted until you accept, and the request expires after 7 days.
• One variable format: the picker and the Variables tab only show $(…) variables. Rand[…], RandomList[…] and fetch[…] from imports keep working and are saved as $(random …), $(randomlist …) and $(urlfetch …).

Imports

• Botrix: new "Paste from Botrix (keeps variables)" option that imports your commands exactly as Botrix stores them, with variables, cooldowns, aliases and roles. Trigglow never accesses your Botrix account.
• Importing from Botrix by channel name now warns you that Botrix's public list hides variables, and marks every command affected.
• StreamElements and Kicklet: random numbers and random picks now become Trigglow variables instead of raw text; commands and timers you already imported are fixed automatically.

Fixed

• Kick channel emotes with a hyphen in their name were missing from the emote picker.

Overlays

• 13 themes shared by every overlay (Chat, Activity, Goals, Credits, Quests, Loyalty & XP, Giveaways and Music): Glass, Minimal, Clean, Neon, Cards, Bubble, Aurora, Sunset, Carbon, Terminal, Pixel, Pastel and Noir.
• "Apply this theme to all overlays" on each overlay page and on the Overlays hub, so everything matches in one click.
• In the chat overlay each theme lays out messages its own way: cards, bubbles, terminal, pixel… Your chat overlay starts on Glass, which keeps the look you had.
• Goals can count Twitch, Kick, YouTube or all platforms, and start from what you already have (your real follower or sub count, which you can edit or refresh) or from zero. Live events only count towards a goal for its own platform.
• Credits: turn them on or off, choose autoplay, and roll them now or stop them with a button.
• Simpler appearance settings: screen position, scale and width are gone, the size of the source in OBS decides. Gap is now under Shape and text size under Text. The Activity overlay is 500 px wide.
• Emote rain is added to OBS full screen (1920×1080) from the desktop app.

Chat bot

• Commands: search by name, reply or alias, and 25 commands per page. Long replies no longer make the page scroll sideways.
• Timers: choose what makes them post: messages and time, only messages, or only time.
• New timers are "Live only" by default.
• Follows, subs, gifted subs, raids and tips in your chat, and the pinned-message label, now appear in your language. The desktop app and the dashboard follow your account language.

Trigglow Pay and Link

• A redesigned GIF picker: bigger search, a grid that fits your screen and a clear selected GIF.
• If the microphone doesn't work for a voice message, "How to enable it" shows the steps for your browser and system.
• Add your Club (club.com) link to Trigglow Link.

Fixed

• Giphy didn't show up when picking an image or GIF for an alert; if GIF search is unavailable, it now says so.
• Goals appeared in the Quests overlay.
• A giveaway command like !participar didn't register entries unless it was also a chatbot command; renamed commands work too. "Open" is now the highlighted button.
• Stream Deck beta, plugin and icon downloads gave a "not_found" error.
• Live chat in the desktop pop-out and the OBS chat dock showed no messages or events (update the desktop app when the new version is out).
• Dashboard live chat could lose lines when turning auto-scroll on or off, or when an emote couldn't be loaded.
• Imported chat commands were missing the "!"; the ones you already had are fixed automatically.
• Paying with a GIF or sound on Trigglow Pay failed with "Your pick expired".
• The microphone for voice messages was blocked in every browser.
• Settings pages could go back to their defaults if you left before they finished loading.

Clip editor

• A step-by-step editor: Layouts → Elements → Effects → Audio → Captions → Export, using the full width of the screen.
• Layouts: 11 templates built from crops of your video, with resize, shapes and snapping, and a phone preview of how it looks on TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Animated captions: word by word, with 10 presets, 5 animations (highlight, pop, karaoke, one word…), an editable transcript and new fonts (Montserrat Black, Bangers, Anton).
• Elements: your own pictures, social stickers (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X), reaction cards, KLIPY animated stickers and styled texts, dragged on the preview and timed on the timeline.
• Effects: zoom, shake, glitch, pixelate, film grain, blur, black & white and flash, each with its own time and intensity.
• Sound effects from your media library, placed at the playhead and mixed over the clip.
• Remove silences automatically: the quiet stretches are cut and everything else moves with the cuts.
• Censor swear words: flagged automatically or picked in the transcript, muted under a beep with stars on screen.
• Hook titles: three suggestions for the first 3 seconds, based on what is said in the clip (Starter and Pro).
• Text to speech: write a line and add it as a voice in the clip (Starter and Pro).
• Templates: save your layout, captions look and elements and apply them to the next clip. Open any clip from your library in the editor.
• Export in 720p30, 1080p30, 1080p60 or 4K60 and publish to your YouTube channel now or at a scheduled time.
• Higher qualities: on Free, unlock 1080p60 or 4K60 by watching a short ad (up to 3 a day); Starter gets a monthly 4K60 allowance; Ad-free includes 1080p60 without an ad.

Clip library

• Upload your own videos: drag and drop, then add a title, a description with clickable links, tags, a thumbnail from any frame or your own image, and turn comments on or off.
• Uploads resume if the connection drops and keep going while you do other things; the clip waits in your library as a draft.
• Choose public, unlisted, private or scheduled. Drafts, private and scheduled clips stay private until they go out.
• Browse clips by tag in the gallery.
• Vertical clips get Shorts-style buttons and a "Next clip" button.
• Viewers can report a clip, and clips with copyrighted music wait for review instead of going public.
• Trigglow Desktop can keep the clips you make during the stream on your PC and upload them when the stream ends.

Plans and pricing

• Starter is €5.99/month and Plus is now Pro at €14.99/month.
• Pay every 3, 6 or 12 months for less, and Ad-free also comes yearly (€9.99).
• Unlimited chat commands on every plan; Starter gets unlimited triggers and products and 5-minute clips.
• Paid alerts, store and memberships charge 5 / 2 / 0 % (Free / Starter / Pro) plus payment processing. Tips have no Trigglow fee (minimum €2).
• Redesigned pricing page and Settings → Plan & billing, with a term picker and a fee calculator.
• If a price ever changes, you are told by email and in Settings at least 30 days before your renewal.
• Referrals: earn 25 % of every payment from people you invite during their first 12 months.
• Invite links now work for existing accounts too, and you can redeem a code in Settings → Plan & billing.

Song requests

• YouTube song requests: viewers use !sr with a song name or a YouTube link and Trigglow's own player plays it in OBS, no Google login needed.
• A background playlist plays whenever nobody has requested anything.
• Lyrics, a YouTube theme, and separate switches for the player and for !sr.
• Filters for live streams, age-restricted videos, maximum length and repeated songs.
• Skip, pause, volume and requests on/off from Stream Deck (beta), desktop shortcuts or OBS.

Chat bot

• Timers 2.0: a two-column editor with your channel emotes shown inline (Kick, 7TV, BTTV, FFZ), variables and a live preview.
• Timers can go to some platforms only and have a "live only" option.
• Timers post as your channel's bot and pause themselves if they keep failing.
• The command editor gets the same emote and variable editor.
• Import from your old bot: commands, timers, chat alerts, viewer points, loyalty settings and store items from BotRix, Kicklet, kick.cx, StreamElements and Streamlabs Cloudbot, by pasting the data they give you.
• Pick the import source from one list; viewer points are never counted twice.

Alerts and triggers

• Paid alerts that fail are retried until they reach your overlay, with their status in Activity and a notification if one fails.
• Trigger media comes only from your library, Giphy, Tenor or Freesound.
• A "Saved" banner with a quick Test after saving a trigger, and errors translated on triggers and the pay page.

Sponsorships (beta for Trigglow Creators)

• Brands get their own accounts, invoices and new formats.
• Short sponsor videos before public clips, where Creators earn a share on their own clips.
• Viewers who see ads may get a skippable Trigglow ad before a clip.

Also new

• A redesigned sign-in page and a Trigglow Team badge.
• Priority support for Starter and Pro.
• A proper "page not found".
• Viewer IPs are no longer stored in plain form.
• A new test suite found 61 bugs, all fixed, including several security ones.

Fixed

• The censor beep in exported clips was much quieter than the voice it covers.
• "Choose another video" in the clip editor kept the previous video's subtitles, elements and effects.
• Resetting your password with a too-weak password used up the link from the email; now you can try again with the same link.
• Signing up or resetting a password said "passwords don't match" for any problem with the confirmation, even when they matched.
• Opening a link with a wrong id (a trigger, quest, giveaway, product, ticket…) showed a server error instead of "not found".
• A giveaway that had already been drawn could be paused and opened again.
• Saving an invalid command in chat modules silently reset it to the default; now it tells you what's wrong.
• Renaming a command while importing it left out the "!", so it could never be used in chat.
• Saving your pay page settings could erase the social handles taken from your connected platforms.
• Moderators using the chat tools acted on their own channel instead of the channel they moderate.
• Clip thumbnails over about 1 MB were refused when uploading a clip.
• Jumping past the end of a clip could break playback in some players.
